James Rogers

We have lost another classmate this week. Jim Rogers passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021. I was a neighbor of Jim beginning in 6th grade.

You will be missed, Jim.

So shocked and sad to hear this.  Jimmy and I were good friends since grammar school and high school.  Also had many activities after school with our church. Of course Wanamassa was a big part of our lives.  I'm glad I had a chance to catch up with him at our 50th class reunion.  Great memories.  God Bless You Jim and your family.  Maryann Glassford Haase

This "Year of the Modern Plague" has seen the deaths of far too many of our beloved classmates. I am so saddened to learn of Jimmy, James Rogers', recent death. We were pals all the way back to Wanamassa Grammar and OTS/Dow Avenue schools. Although we had lost touch, we rekindled our friendship at our APHS 65 Reunion. Jim and I wrote about our respective travel, and had even been writing about meeting in Paris one of these days. I offer my heartfelt sympathies to Sally and his family, and to all of our friends. We must hug each other more, laugh and tell stories together, and dance. Au revoir, Jimmy.
